Lord, thank You for the season of spring. It reminds us that You are a God of renewal and restoration. You make all things new.
Winter is tough, Lord. We come out of winter exhausted, overwhelmed, even discouraged. But there’s something reassuring about those first buds of spring. We can breathe again. Hope.
Each glimpse, each sound, each scent, each touch of spring—trees in flower, all those shades of green, refreshing rain, insects busy with flowers, soft grass, babbling brooks, the stirring scent of new growth, new life—reminds us that You have made a way for us through the desert, through the hard times.
Lord, bring Your refreshing to your people. Stir new hope. Rekindle joy. Help us remember how much You love us, how You help us, how You are here for us.
Teach us how to stay present and focused on You, to breathe in Your Spirit, be cleansed, renewed, refreshed by You in this season of spring.
