Lord, because of You, we have so much to be thankful for. It’s often hard to put into words. Help us to always express thankfulness to You in our hearts.
We are thankful for moments when we realize the amazing things You’re doing in our midst.
We are thankful for the times You intervene to help us that we don’t even know about.
We are thankful for Your friendship. The creator of the universe wants to be our friend. Wants to spend each day with us. How amazing. Help us find new joy in Your friendship every day.
We are thankful for Your beauty we see all around us. People, land, ideas, creativity, hearts. Your creative presence is beautiful beyond measure.
We are thankful for the people You’ve blessed our lives with—family, friends old and new, people we don’t even know who stop to encourage us along the way.
We are thankful how You provide for our every need, especially the deeper needs we don’t even know we have. You are always drawing us closer to You and deeper into Your healing and transformation.
We are thankful that You give us hope to persevere in hard times. That You never leave our side. That You give us Your strength when we feel weak.
We are thankful for Your never-ending love for us. Love that is deeper and more abundant than we can imagine. Help us respond with love for You, the people You put in our path, and Your beautiful creation.
We are thankful for our eternity with You. That You want to spend eternity with us. Our journey with You has already begun and is amazing every day. We are so grateful our journey with You will always continue.
We are thankful for You, Lord. We give You are thankful hearts.
