Lord, thank You for the beauty and blessing of this summer season.
Nature dressed in green reminds us of the fullness of our life with You. Keep us growing and flourishing in the ways You desire for us, and keep us focused on You.
As we feel soft, warm sand under our bare feet, remind us that our feet carry Your gospel of peace. As we walk steadily in Your peace, we impart Your peace to others. Remind us not to let anything steal our peace. Keep us rooted in Your presence.
As we enjoy a warm breeze through orchard trees, remind us that Your Holy Spirit is alive in us. He moves like the breeze, drawing our attention, refreshing us. He desires to grow the fruit of His Spirit in us. Let summer be a time we can grow closer to the Holy Spirit and allow Him to grow His fruit in us.
Lord, we ask You to pour Your blessings, comfort, direction, and hope throughout our community. You know who needs help, and You know who needs to meet You. In these mild, beautiful days, let each person feel Your presence, love, and healing balm.
